First, put back the Windows Dark Edition cd back at the cd-rom. just close the pop-up or installer menu when it appears.
Go to control panel, then go to regional and language options menu.
On the Regional Options Tab, select English (Philippines) on the Standards and Formats section and change the location to Philippines on the Location section.
Go to the Languages Tab and check all the boxes.
Then go to the advanced tab and select English (Philippines) on the Laguage for non-unicoded programs section
check all the languages on the Code page conversion tables section.
Also check the box on the "Apply settings on all user accounts" option.
After all those, click apply and wait for windows to install the language packs. When it asks you to restart your PC, just hit yes.
Tadaa! When you boot again in windows, no more Thai language problems. If it helps, you can thank me back by supporting my guardian application
