Sounds like you click something wrong then.. i can have 1 delay on skills, but they never go 1 ms anymore since of alot bugs, but i havent tryed new 9dis, i heard it was better and faster, so i dunno ... Select BUFF + SELV in the open meny up to left in hack, then select ur buffs "without aoe" and then have 1000MS and try go down to 300 and stop there if u have poor nettwork connection :P

im alredy hermit 6 thing is im always dcing when i train my smashes and actives becuase when i check 1 skill even on delay 1000 i dc becuase wierdly all the skills go trianed idk why.
