You can just put it in a random folder, be sure that your client has the name: fixedmain.exe , then just double click on the file you downloaded after you start Cabal Online.
try to update the normal cabal and do you pu the .bat file or the fixedmain.exe file in ur normal cabal folder? xD atleastt i had to put the cabal.bat file or i would get allot of DC hope it helps
