Kind of I wasant on s4 for like 1 week or so...
Next day I wanted to do clan war with friends and tried to login and BOOM your s4 account has been blocked.. it was like that before also. and they replied to my `Sorry for this mistake` or something like that . So yea they fail...more than I fail at maths - which is like WOW XD
