Kay, so I don't speak German xD. And you can make items drop, but you just can't pick them up. At least personally, I haven't found a way to make them so. But you can get higher attack, hp/mp regen, super armor, faster speed, etc. I believe that items are server sided. At least the drops or there is something missing in the packet.
