    ok so we're having problems which file goes where, so here it is:
    scripts.kom, char_script.kom and playertemplate.kom go in the Grand Chase PH\Stage folder
    ai.kom goes in the Grand Chase PH\Stage\AI folder
    note that there is also an AI.KOM in the Stage folder, so there are 2 AI.KOM files in all but they are not the same.
