I gave this guy neutral reputation because he was not responding me for a long time and I paid him 5€, then he come and said he had broken PC and he gave me my money back I can't remove neutral rep because our trade is more than 1 month old, but this guy is completely trusted

Long story short...
We traded stuff.I payed money for him, then he gave me wrong accounts(not working accounts) so because of that i gave him -tbm.He couldnt give me new working accounts because his pc breaked and only after one month he pmed me.Now i have working accounts and everything is perfect, expect for -tbm he have.I cant remove -tbm because our trade is older then one month
