HELP.. anyway guides for latest UCE for MWAR? CABAL PH..

i need correct settings for my speed hack for mwar.. [first time user but i get dc always.. i use CabalRider PH for bypass]

for some reasons.. the other nation uses SH at DH.. and its getting frustrating.. my nation doesn't use SH at DH for fair playing... we get all the bugs.. we can't use BM1 and BM2.. PLs can't build.. our scores doesn't move at all!! we get CG after 30mins after the mwar begins..
