I have the same problem you had:
Let's see...
1)IPs have been checked
2)Your system with that server's IP checked
3) CT2.3 (Final) and protocol (83) checked
4)LineageII Gracia Final client
5)It cuts off eL2Walker but not L2Net. As I said OOG version is OK.
Now, I open L2Net > File > Logon Window > IG > I choose the server > Listen > Launch Lineage2.
And then nothing. What did you do to make it work?
