For example, you search a "item65" text and find it on 0x06134770 address.
But actually you need the +0xC4 address, you need to add 0xC4 to 0x06134770.
Ok. 0x06134770+0xC4 == 0x6134834 - here the value that you need. Just note, the value of this address have a 4-byte signed integer type cast.
Note the next one too, actual address of "itemXX" string is the first or second one of all found results.
