As a player, I saw this guy in Stern's server by accident, he claims that he is the reseller of Chinese Region, so that for language convenience, I went to his website, chose a product then asked him about the product of Marvel Rivals (stugware). When I asked him if this product is available, he said if I can buy then it's available, but I saw a comment below the product said:

I asked him why, then he blocked me and kicked me.
However, my friend told me that this guy scammed him before. So BE AWARE!

Sad thing is there are more ppl getting scammed by him...
i resold his BF6 keys and stopped because alot of users said it wouldnt even work on their pc they ran into errors with loader and the users who did get it working said it sucked so bad they would rather just play legit lol

Sorry to hear that bro, you're the lucky one who got the key works, but even if it works for me, I'd rather hope it didn't work cause his products are worse than him.
That site sucks and the seller sucks too, I don't even know how he wears the ''partner'' tag in Stern's discord channel and scam players 'legally'...

'He is a reseller'. First, I respect you, cause I bought your products before, and second, you don't need to make excuses or defend for him, He is a reseller but there are plenty of resellers better than him, I bought many products from different resellers, none of them is bad as him.
The truth is, he DID SELL invalid license keys and block customers before and after buying, that's what happened to us, for a person like this, for what he did, for the extremely terrible experience when we were going to purchase his products, should I really care about if he's a reseller or not? And yes, I consider those acts as SCAMMER. Also, I'm posting this to tell ppl that don't know him, be aware of this YYHACKS, there are many good resellers you can find on epvp, and many trustable providers, much more better than this Chinese guy.

I strongly recommend opening a ticket here on EPVP and explaining the situation in detail with proper proof. If you provide solid evidence, the staff can take action against them, and you’ll also help prevent others in this community from ending up in the same situation, especially since they do have an account here.

Apperantly, now I checked his website, he deleted that comment, it's my bad that I didn't know this can be reported to epvp, and at first I was posting just to remind others, so I didn't take screenshots from his website, and the day after I asked him about the comment, I saw he blocked and kicked me from his server. I didn't know what happened and talked with my friend about what I've been through, then we found that he sold invalid keys to my friend about one year ago.
However, the chat history for me and him won't be available since he kicked me and blocked, so I consider that is a case of being guilty, so he just blocked me and without explainning why his product has such comment, then deleted the comment immediately. And if he think he's not wrong, why didn't he come to this forum? maybe his friend unnamedtech saw this and told him, help him to make excuses, but he's afraid of being here. It’s unfortunate to hear that the provider is allegedly a repeat offender. It’s possible they assume they can ditch and dump EU/NA customers however they please, since it’s easy for them to separate their local Asian market from the rest. This would not be first time Asian vendor does it, unfortunately.
Since the trade wasn’t done through EPVP and as you don’t have direct evidence, it’s unlikely they’ll issue any penalties. In the future, make sure the provider uses the EPVP trading system so you have proper protection, and always save any proof just in case something happens. These are two separate but equally important things that help staff handle situations fairly if issues arise.
