Target Ban option?

Any tools out there have an option to see what hero's the enemy teamhas preselected and is going to ban?

Can be difficult because players who one trick characters will hide their names and account as well as constantly change banners to avoid target banning and being tracked

That would be server sided and no one here is smart enough to decrypt packets when in transmission so def not happenin, bro. I wish though. Need that **** for league
