You need to have more media on your page with different heros, Stop arguing with customer base with such disrespect. Take banns seriously, do your investigations and if no detections then document the bans and move on. You have to understand people are going to have issues and be upset. Nothing everything is a detection people will rage and et banned and blame you so have some class when dealing with this. You seem to be a pop up provider trying to get quick sales. Start with good transparency, media and quality.

If you want people to make a ticket instead of posting it in regular chat then say so, stop banning people randomly, answer their msgs and ask them to make a ticket if they still refuse then maybe take action. Be the better dev/admin and act professional, you will look better at least when **** does hit the fan. Anyways good luck, I hope to see more media, more feature and better communication on your product.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the media, a lot of new content will be coming very soon. We're actively working to improve this aspect and to provide more transparency and quality content.

As for communication, I always do my best to respond quickly and clearly. That being said, the majority of the complaints you see here (about 3/4) are often unfounded. I admit that my responses aren't always the most polished, but all the necessary information is available on Discord or the website. I also make an effort to tag everyone and repeat important messages in the chat when needed.

Unfortunately, I can only do so much with the resources and information provided by the developers. That said, I hear your suggestions and thank you for taking the time to share them.

I’ll admit that unfounded or negative messages can sometimes push me over the edge, especially when I have all the proof to counter them. However, I’ll continue working on improving my approach to ensure it doesn’t damage our image.

Thank you again for your constructive feedback and encouragement. I hope we can show you significant improvements on the points you mentioned very soon!

I get it, and absolutely understand the frustration of dealing with people who just want to be extremely rude and disrespectful, I have been there my self im not perfect. I only pointed it out because things can be defused and fixed and I was merly trying to help you especially if you are showing screen shots of msgs you want to try to make yourself looking good when handling such behaviors, It helps your sales and support. But thanks for the response and I'm very happy to hear things are being worked on.
