Last I tested, it was safe. I got 12 accounts, same IP all to level 22x.This was before maple reinforced the one account rule. Since then, I have not used it.
And with that, lets begin!
Pre-requisites
You will need Process Explorer, I will be using the 64-bit version, though 32-bit should work fine.
Steps
1.Open procexp64.exe (process explorer)
2.Open Maplestory as usual, you can login or stay at login screen, doesnt matter
3.In Process Explorer, look for the MapleStory.exe process and select it (hint, you can filter name on top right)
4.Now, at the bottom, make sure you are in the "Handles" tab.
5.Sort it by Name, and look for a Mutant named \BaseNamedObjects\WvsClientMtx
6.Right click it, and click "Close Handle"
Repeat steps 2-6 ???? profit
