[HELP] Private Server Client Won't Launch game..

Hello elitepvpers.

I've setup a Maplestory Private server on my dedicated server.
I'm running the version v.83

I do have issues launching the game from my PC, I've edited the Launcher in hex editor, to make the IP correct.
It didn't work.
I get this message, The application was unable to start correcty. oxc00000005

Some of the edits I've done with hex editor, didn't even say anything. It just loading with the curser for a short time, and notthing happens. ( I do run everything as administrator )

Well, I've then tried a editor downloaded here at ********, called STRedit.
But it also didn't work.

I'm not using hamachi or anything like it. I did port forwarding on my dedicated server. And all channels are online in the console.

What can I do?
