How do I activate the hack? =/

you don't have to do anything to activate it.
just patch the required file.
then go to the map of those mobs.
it happens.

i went to check at perion for jr boogies but they just get stuck there,non-vaccummed i cant hit them, neither are they vac to a spot. ??

the hack effect is ...
for example...slygie..
the other mob (lvl 90 mob) will be vac to the slygies as the slygies will be immobile and you just hit those vac-ed mobs

you should check the levels of the mobs that can be vac and you will know.
