Most sections have a so called "Provider List" [for example
for arc raiders]; where current credible providers are listed (also which providers to stay away from). I would recommend checking them out. (sometimes spoofers are on the same list and sometimes there are 2 lists, 1 for cheats and 1 for spoofers).
Be aware that these lists are only a guideline to show which provider is currently trustworthy and their dtc status, that doesn't mean that they will remain being that in the future and your experience might differ from the thread owners or other users posting on that thread.
Before buying a cheat or spoofer always do your due diligence and gather info and read reviews.
Also about the virus thing, most cheats get flagged as false-positives and require you to turn off or uninstall your antivirus.
