Most of those ratings are from users who basically ignored all of our measures for a safe trade and blame us for their carelessness, but you shouldn't trust trustpilot, it's way too easy to fake ratings there.

Im a "new" user but I've been using the site for a long time and to be 100% honest with you its probably best place for all your needs , I would personally take those trust pilot reviews with a pinch of salt. if people get banned its probably for a good reason.

This site is legit and if you don't take the proper precautions or take the time to read the guidelines to avoid this from happening, it's kind of on you.

Also, I laughed when I opened this thread and saw that OP is banned.
