How can i add gif to Post?

As an example, I put a few gif links above. These are visible when I preview them, but not when I post the topic.

first of all you should use that image icon instead of just posting a link.

The second one: You need something like 30 posts to be able for posting pictures etc. or you just buy elite/premium to bypass it.
