I've tried to upload a forum picture but, it just shows on my Profile.
What am i doing wrong?

By default, your profile picture will only be visible on your user profile. Insofar as it goes that is okay, but, I think you want to have a custom avatar (small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post on this platform).

Here you can find it: User Control Panel -> Settings & Options -> Edit Avatar
