no support

no support

Hi, im writing this because i contacted support 5 times, and got no response, i was trying to send email, create support tickets.. and still no response, i reported lots of scammers, but they still didn't get banned and scammed more and more people, i also got one negative rating, when guy scammed me and nobody gives a **** about it, can i get a respond from anyone?

Does anyone have the same experience?

You haven't replied in both of your tickets. Also please note that we don't have any email support for c2c cases.

Then reply me now, why does reply from elitepvpers admins take 7-14+ days?

Do not forget that any of our team members do elitepvpers as a volunteer work. We all have to do our regular jobs first.
Also, elitepvpers does not only consists out of a couple of members. In total, we got over 7 million user. Plenty of them got issues. Thus, we have a lot to do in order to fix any problem of ANY user.

Please keep on waiting since it is not able for us to tackle the problems every day.

You're task is to bump your thread every 24h and wait.

Something we should constantly keep in mind and never forget is, that elitepvpers is a completely free gaming and trading platform. All staff members offer a completely free support service for us. That's not obvious, since everyone of them work in their spare time and the support activities are predominantly based on the work of unpaid volunteers. Problems are usually solved on demand - there exists a documentation or a system or guides which are intended for support purposes on this platform.

So, if something is free, that means i can't get support? The negative rating can affect my services, i paid to epvp money to change my nickname and im a egld trader, im actually paying them for what? For providing forum? Thats not how it works in 2020, if everybody will think like this, there will not be banks, crypto wallets etc etc. if something is free, doesn't mean it must be bad.

The fact remains (I think even in 2020). However, please read my WHOLE post again, 'cause for me this is the main reason for posting.
