Thats easy. When you make a thread, and some times passes by and you need it to make it to the top again for more people to see you can ( FOR FREE )
bump it by clicking the bump button with a clock in it and click bump. This way the thread will be pushed to top immediately BUT NOT PINNED. You can do this every 24h.
If you dont want to wait 24h you can purchase bump coins to bump it ,
for 5 bump coins you can bump it every 12h, and for 10 coins you can bump it every 6h.
HOWEVER
If you want it to be pinned and not dragged down by new threads you need to buy sticky bump from the same button , it pins your thread for 30 days, and it costs 1000 bump coins. This will put your thread always on top on the sticky threads category.
