Cant upload a profile picture

I am trying to upload a profile picture for the 2nd day already

it's below 100x100 and below 128b and it still says upload failed
Help please

Some weeks ago epvp introduced a new algorithm which automatically identifies anime profile pictures and blocks them since we have had bad experiences with users who like anime.

You have to edit your avatar, not your profile picture.
