How to add background image in your epvp profile page

Hello ive been trying to add background image in profile page but none are working. how exactly do you set backgrounds in your profile page?

just go to signature page, insert image, paste gif link

Just go to your profile edit signature then add the link ?

that thing in my signature is a link to a server. if he want that its not that difficult:

There you add the pics you want to use.
