Thread Image is Very Small

That is a thread for one of my services, the image is scaled down by the website to a point where it isn't readable and I believe that this is affecting my business. It doesn't do this on the other 4 forums that the exact same image is posted on, what can I do to fix it?

When people click on the image, it can be expanded with this icon

If a Image is too big, it gets resized.
Max height before resize: 965px
Max width before resize: 765px

You can either resize your Image yourself or split your image in several smaller images.

Just cut it in three parts:
