1.) Also gehen keine österreichischen Bank-Konten?
2.) Telefonverifizierung --> Österreichische Nummer --> Fallen da Kosten an?

nein nur das egold was du auch so schon dafür bezahlst
du musst halt nur den ländercode vorher angeben

I think it is possible to become ID verified, even if you do not live in Germany.
So time ago, there were rumours, that you could send an admin a copy of your passport and he verifies you manually.

We will have to wait for a staff member to give us a clear answer.

Currently it is NOT possible to be get ID verified without a German online banking account.
