You can look at page 34 on the user nÂsty that also have the badge.
At the end, it doesn't meter how they got it. I still want to receive an answer to the questions:
1. Why the badge isn't in the list of badges?
2. How to get the badge if you aren't premium?
3. Is it's still in beta?

Bei 2-FA müsste das mit Premium-only noch entfernt werden, da es jetzt für alle verfügbar ist
Darf man fragen warum die Auflistung von Legenden, Lv2/3 usw. für normale Nutzer nicht mehr einsehbar ist?

Den Text bei der 2FA habe ich angepasst. Das mit der Auflistung wird ein Bug durch ein kürzlich eingespieltes Update sein. Ich merke es mal vor und schaue es mir nächste Woche näher an; aktuell habe ich leider keine Zeit.
Falls das in zwei Wochen noch nicht behoben ist, kannst du mich gerne nochmal dran erinnern. 
Edit: Das Problem ist mittlerweile behoben.

I also updated the premium rank because we added a new feature: - Increased number of treasures (100 instead of 50)

You aren't allowed to create a new account just because you do not like your current name. If you want to rename your account you will have to  just like everybody else.
