Few things, first of all there are plenty of threads about this. I'd suggest you search through the forum a little longer.
Second, you'll get nowhere using a combination obnoxious fonts and sizes alongside (animated & repeated) emoticons. As an extra note of caution, making your tags consist of "plox" and "noob" will get you no further. Your one post count doesn't quite help either.
