DC when I go to Tir Chonaill...?

Everytime I try to go to Tir, on all of my alts via any method of transportation, Mabinogi just completely ups and shuts down on me. No error message, no nothing. I tried my clean version of the game and it still DCs me. I've also tried reinstalling the game. I was wondering if there was any solution to this problem, because I really need to get to Tir. Thanks for the help

Btw, I'm posting this here because most people here know a thing or two about computers, unlike Nexon forums where idiots spam "reinstall" and "reboot"

Did you ever use the mabi packer to pack your .packs? (Oops. Used pack a little too much in that sentence...).

Mabi loads .packs based on the registry. If you clean install without uninstalling your previous version, it might still be loading old .packs.

Alternatively, did you install a foreign client before this happened?

I assume mods aren't the cause here, since you claimed you tried a "clean version", which I'm assuming means non-modded .dlls, no data folder, etc.

Edit: So you lied about trying a "clean version". If you lie about what you've tried, it makes diagnosing the problem a lot harder.

Go to data/db/propdb.

Erase that xml.

Or just get my updated xmls and such whenever theres a patch. They always work.

There's no 'better' than tiara.... If you don't know what you are talking about then, don't. What is making you crash is your outdated xml files in your data folder that conflicts with new content ingame. :T
