These should drop your ping by 200-300ms... unless you have a bad connection.

like elf lag fix, nagle fix, etc?

I downloaded em and looked thru the source. Both of them seem to only disable nagle

Ones a TCP edit, and ones nagle. Only nagle does a lot. The TCP does barely anything.
