yes they technically can ip bann you. however they are looking for people like gold farmers etc etc etc

There only blocking the ips of proxies, known bot hosts, and ips outside their service area. Everyone else gets suspensions and account bans.

Basically, If your modding something that affects gameplay [Client Wise], then it will most likely be a call to the BANmobile.

The Punishment with the Mod varies with the mod / user.

well ,i can't even use anymod >.< if i try i just get hackshield error
