can i get some help?

i just went on a new computer and i download mabi and i installed it succesfully and then i tryed to run it but i gives my a black window(instead of that window where u press 'Game start') and gave me that error (that asks if u want to send or don't send) i tryed to restart my comp but still..if anybody know a solution for that can u help plz?

that's Customer service and like hell they care.

Things to look for....
1.) System-
Is your Cpu system compatible with Mabinogi Ex. XP

2.) Graphics Card-
Is your graphics card up to date?

3.) firewalls-
.............Need anything further on this?
