I have been researching this thunder mod, and this i heard that if you charge 1 thunder it would splash like a 5 thunder does. Is this possible... and what i mean is kinda in these clips....

lol i know there has to be a actual mod that makes your thunder branch out like rank one, thats what i was trying to say...

It's like trying to make rank F windmill the radius of rank 1, or Rank F ice spear the splash of Rank 1. It's not possible.

The second video, he meant the wand effects. I'm not referring to the lacing effects... If you look closely, the thunder wand has a sparkling/smokish trail, even when he's not charging, It's a old xml effect back in the old lemu for lightning/ice/fire effects on weapons.
