Ok, since nobody in our section can apparently read the rules of elitepvpers which you actually agreed to follow when you joined the site I'll post them here so that you get the full context as well as the penalties you may receive by breaking these rules.

Dear e*PvP Users,

herewith the board-administration wants to point out this forum's rules for you in order to prevent chaos and to ensure a peaceful atmosphere between members.

We ask you to pay attention to these rules and also to follow them. Otherwise the board's staff will have to take measures to prevent you from violating rules which means infractions and in the worst case bans.

We also want to give you some additional information for special cases which occur from time to time.

Let's start:

- NETTIQUETTE -

* be nice / friendly
* try to be helpful
* if you got problems with some members DON'T flame
* if a relatively new member did something wrong, please direct him to these rules and/or report the rule-violating post by clicking on this icon without insulting/flaming him
* if you have a question you don't want to post on the forum, feel free to PM a moderator; he will do his best to help you


- RULES / CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATIONS -

* if you post files which include trojans / keyloggers etc you definitely will get banned instantly
* if you flame / insult other members you will get an infraction
* if you post a question in a release section (which is marked with [NO QUESTIONS]) you get a warning / infraction (if it was your first time you'll get a warning , if you continue doing this you'll get an infraction)
* referrer links are forbidden; if you post one it will be considered spam and will end up in an infraction
* advertising without a link back to elitepvpers is forbidden and will be punished with an infraction (warning if it's for the first time)
* Advertising similar sites to elitepvpers is forbidden and will result in a ban (it doesn't matter if you've put a backlink on that site).
* Advertising your own forum hosted at a free-forum provider is not allowed.
* if you post racist comments, you will receive an infraction (a ban in harder cases)
* if you want to spam, go to the offtopic and post there, but remember that even the off-topic is not a unlegislated area! Spamming in other areas will end up in infractions / warnings
* posting warez is forbidden, the violation of this rule usually leads to a ban; requesting warez also is not allowed, if you do so you'll get an infraction
* doubleposting, or pushing up really old topics just for fun is not allowed and ends up in an infraction / a warning
* posting pornopraphic content (no matter what your definition of pornographic content is) will be punished with an infraction and in harder cases a ban
* using any avatar/signature/usertitle which could make members think you are a member of the staff though you are not, is forbidden and is to be punished with an infraction or in harder cases a ban
* abusing your avatar to add fake or custom ranks/badges isn't allowed
* if you have 3 active infraction-points you will receive a ban


- SIGNATURE RULES -

* width : not wider than the post signature table width
* hight : not higher than 200px
* size : not larger than 300kb
* amount : 2 images, but these combined may not be bigger than 300x200 (e.g. 2 banners with the size of 150x100)
* no links to infected files
* no insulting content
* no racist contents
* no pornographic content
* no referral links (exceptions so far are: MyBrute-Links, Pokeplushies-Links [and their likes])
* no advertising links without a link back to elitepvpers
* not too much text


- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / MISCELLANEOUS -

* if you want to be part of the board's staff feel free to post your application here: Joining e*PvP but please read through the sticky threads there first!
* you can also help the staff by applying for the position of a "Forum-Guardian"; more information here: [Post only here!] Forum-Guardian Applications / Forum-Guard Bewerbungen
* the administration won't ban you after you request it; if you want to leave the forum just deactivate any kind of e-mail-issue in your User CP and don't visit the forum anymore
* if you have any kind of problems with the forum or the staff you can post it here: Complaint Area
* you can request a forum-username change-request to a moderator or an administrator
* multi-accounting (having more than 1 non-banned account here) is forbidden and results in a ban of all accounts but the oldest (in special cases of just all accounts)
* in case your statistics are being forged (thankspush etc) by yourself (referral to multiaccounting) you will get banned; if they are being forged by someone else without you having your hands on it please report it to an administrator;
* in extreme cases (a member receives one ban after another and returns everytime just to spread chaos again) the administration can issue a restraining order which will prevent you from using this forum by law, which often is connected with financial costs


Alright, that's it. If you pay attention to these rules everything will be fine and a good atmosphere is garantueed.

hiermit gibt die Administration die offiziellen Forum-Regeln bekannt, um ein Chaos bestmöglich zu verhindern und um eine gute Atmosphäre unter den Membern zu versichern.

Bitte beachtet und befolgt diese Regeln, denn sonst muss das Moderatorenteam mit entsprechenden Maßnahmen handeln, um euch davon abzuhalten Regeln zu brechen, d.h. Infractions oder im schlimmsten Fall Bans.

- NETTIQUETTE -

* Sei nett / freundlich
* Versuche hilfreich für andere Member zu sein
* Wenn du Probleme mit anderen Membern hast, NICHT anfangen zu beleidigen / flamen
* Wenn ein relativ neuer Member etwas falsch macht, bitte weise ihn auf diese Regeln hin und/oder reporte den Post indem du auf dieses Icon klickst: ohne zu flamen!
* Wenn du Fragen hast, die du im Forum nicht stellen willst, kannst du einem Moderator eine PN schicken; er wird sein Bestes tun, um dir zu helfen


- REGELN / STRAFENKATALOG -

* Postest du Dateien, die Trojaner / Keylogger etc. enthalten erhälst du mit sofortiger Wirkung einen Ban
* Solltest du andere Member flamen / beleidigen erhälst du eine Infraction
* Stellst du eine Frage in einer Release-Sektion (markiert mit [NO QUESTIONS]) bekommst du eine Infraction (falls es dein erstes mal ist zunächst eine Warning)
* Refferer-Links sind verboten; solltest du einen posten heißt die Strafe Infraction
* Posts, in denen du für andere Websites etc. wirbst sind verboten, es sei denn die Seite enthält einen Backlink zu elitepvpers; bei Verstoß: Infraction (beim ersten Mal Warning)
* Das werben für ähnliche Seiten wie elitepvpers ist verboten und wird mit einem Ban bestraft (auch wenn ein backlink platziert ist).
* Das werben für dein eigenes Forum welches von einem Free-Forum Provider gehostet wird ist nicht gestattet.
* Rassistische Postings werden nicht toleriert; der Verstoß wird mit einer Infraction oder einem Ban gestraft
* Spammen ist lediglich im Off-Topic erlaubt (beachte: Auch das OT ist kein rechtsfreier Raum!); Spammst du woanders wirst du mit einer Infraction verwarnt
* Das Posten von Warez (illegaler Software) ist verboten; Strafmaß in der Regel ein Ban; Achtung: Auch das Anfragen nach Warez wird mit einer Infraction bestraft!
* Doppelposten oder das Pushen von wirklich veralteten Threads nur zum Spaß wird mit einer Infraction geahndet (einer Warning beim ersten Mal)
* Das Posten von pornographischen Inhalten (ungeachtet deiner Definition von Pornographie) bedeutet eine Infraction (in harten Fällen einen Ban) für dich
* Das Benutzen von Avataren/Signaturen/Usertiteln, welche den Anschein erwecken könnten, dass ihr ein Mitglied des Forum-Teams seid, ist verboten und wird mit einer Infraction oder in härteren Fällen einem Ban geahndet
* Der Missbrauch des Avatars zum fälschen von Rängen oder zum hinzufügen von selbstkreierten Rängen ist verboten.
* Habt ihr 3 aktive Infraction-Points angesammelt, werdet ihr gebannt

* Breite: Nicht breiter als die Signatur/Post-Spalte
* Höhe: Nicht höher als 200 px
* Größe: Nicht mehr als 300 kb

- ZUSATZINFORMATIONEN / VERSCHIEDENES -

* Die Administration wird dich nicht auf Anfrage deinerseits bannen; Wenn du das Forum verlassen möchtest, deaktiviere einfach alle e-Mail-Benachrichtigungen und besuche das Forum nicht mehr

* In extremen Fällen (ein Member, der mehrfach gebannt wird, jedoch jedes Mal wiederkehrt, nur um erneut Chaos zu stiften) kann die Administration ein Hausverbot aussprechen, was euch per Gesetz daran hindert das Forum zu nutzen, was auch oft mit Kosten verbunden ist

This from the guy who posted files that would hurt your computer. Pretty much no one who posts often in this section would make it as a mod or guardian on these forums.

considering they can make guardians/mods for specific sections of the forums. the gmod status would work only in the mabi section of the site. guessing you forgot about privileges.

Not sure who you're posting to. If you've made posts that break any of the rules, engage in flaming or what have you in any section you wont gain mod or guardian for any section on the forums.

you mostly. one i dont flame. i point out their stupidity. and i tell things straight forward. in fact im probably one of the few capable of working as a mod. however i don't want it i feel mabi sect of epvp has enough issues. and we actually need somebody who can give it 24/7 attention. and because im still dealing with DR i dont have the time to patrol this section

idk. the rules are vague and theri doesn't seem to understand the privileges laws. you can assign a person to be a mod to a section or the entire board. besides i think they go by voting. kev was a flamer in this board before he applied to be a mod.

I was never directly talking to you as it was so, anyway. I understand how privileges work, thanks. I know they set up where you are actually a mod at, so that a Guardian or Moderator of one section doesn't necessarily have the same "powers" in other sections. That has nothing to do with anything I said.
