Autoitv3 [the basic scripts]

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had a link to a tutorial or a script for a basic kill monsters script on Autoitv3. (The ones that you see all those gold-selling sites using to farm gold)

Now, yes I know I'm a leecher, but everyone starts off as one right? You can't be born as a pro hacker/scripter.

Please help me out. I'd love a tutorial on how to make bot scripts etc. so I can transition myself from a leecher to a hacker/scripter for these forums. Thanks!

Edit: To all those people that will probably tell me to search, I already have through countless pages and found no tutorials on basic Autoitv3 use.
