Cananyone make AutoIt or something that presses
Letter H in keyboard Every minute?

Go learn AutoIt and you can make tons of things other than pressing a key.

I can only guess they want to use health pots on a regular basis.

He probably wants to afk somewhere while being attacked by a mimic to train crit or gain armor prof.

then why not a hotkey with the potions attached to it, that seems to be more expandable lol. I suppose I'm over thinking it.
