Guild stone withdraw

Guild stone withdraw
it doesn't allow me to withdraw $$ from my guild stone even after i request the budget and half of my guild members accept it. it just says
"The total amount of budget of (10,000,000) Gold has been withdrawn.
The budget has to be completed by the Leader, in order to start another budget request process."
Even after i press budget accept it doesn't allow me to withdraw. Please help me. PM me a solution. thank you

they disabled this feature because people were using guild stones to dupe gold ~

You need a second guild on another character of the same account

No there's no transferring, you just need a second guild with at least 10 members and 1,000,000 in it to reset the request of the first guild.

I was taking out items from guilds bank and since i have a limited amounts of items that i can take, I decided to get the remaining items from my alt bank. When i logged back into my main i noticed that my remaining stacks to withdraw reset back to what i can withdraw for the day.
So I thought this is pretty epic if you're in a guild that limits your withdrawal on each bank tab and just re log to take more items out.
1. Take out items until you reach the limit
2. Log out
3. Log in...
