Overall, 0x526(There used to be another one for fetch as well, but I can't recall which packet it was) isn't even a GM command, it's simply fetch for pets that can be activated on humans, though, you can spam it on pets twice and they will not vanish forever, but they will simply fetch as normal(of course, horses won't fetch as normal... but you get what I mean), you could use this on wagons and such as well since they're "pets" and they would vanish for a few seconds and shortly reappear after.
Good luck getting the GM title though, I don't even think you can anymore, or at least, to my knowledge you cannot anymore.
