It seems that wherever location you've set, you are unable to build any camps. I guess the locations weren't changed.

So explain when I use my coupon there the screen just goes black and when I log out and back in takes me back to housing channel.

lol, I thought housing coupon doesn't work cause each time I use it, the system just sent me back to the new rb area. =/ Anyway, judging by some posts on the forum, it seems like u can't even enter the tut dungeon, even if u r in the old rb place.
