You have bitdefender? happened to me a few years ago and found out it was that stupid antivirus. For some reason HS thinks it is a hacking software so it blocks it.

Hackshield error 02/06/2010 - Kal Online - 1 Replies Hey, I would like to ask for help coz I really dont know what to do else. Since last update I cant Start Game, It always shows: There is a problem of Hackshield function, program is closing ... or something like this. I read Kal web and try "Run as" function as they recomended. Nothing happend, I reinstalled game, nothing happend, I restored my system to date before update, nothing. Hab System gebootet und dann kam diese Fehlermeldung hab Wr min. 10x( ist mein voller ernst) deinstalliert ordner gelöscht und neu installiert.
hab smartcloser runtergeladen damit ich alle Programme closen kann, lief trotzdem nicht-.-
und das System kann ich leider ned zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt booten, da ich es zu viel gemacht habe^^
Hab im Warrock-Arena Board gefragt, die wussten nix.
Hab den Installer von der Wr Page gezogen.
Ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir helfen bin nämlich...
