mabinogi ending ???

there are rumors going around tarlac server about nexon ending mabinogi after g16 and we are wondering if this is true?? no one seems to want to ask anyone to find out so i will ask

Well here, Nexon MIGHT be ending mabinogi for the obvious reason of putting up Mabinogi 2 (the better mabinogi). Though I would much rather play regular mabinogi.

Alright! If you want to complain about vindictus, go somewhere else. We don't need that. Second of all, After g15 storyline (If it is one) Mabinogi 2 is said to come out. Therefore Mabinogi will no longer be up.

so after g15 or g16 our effort goes down the drain. also even if this rumor was true id be switching to a mabinogi private server (if it ever comes out, find one OR create one) but then again, its a rumor and a prediction. all we can do is guess and and see.
i really do hope i can join a private server when it shuts down so it doesnt go down the drain. OR transfer our stuff to mabinogi 2.

Mabinogi 2 will not destroy Mabinogi. People with poor PCs will still play Mabinogi Life and just because a sequel comes out doesn't mean they'll stop updating it. There are plenty of games out there that still receive updates when they already have a sequel released.

Uh.. Yeaaaah..

People tend to offer a sequel when it's finished. As much as I'm sure I'd enjoy watching breast physics for the time I would usually play Mabi, I'll give that a miss, thanks all the same.

Mabinogi 2 isn't even NEAR being finished. Find some screenshots of the actual game, and then we'll consider the possibility of a massive money making machine being taken offline.

I have tons of Mabinogi 2 screenshots, it is not much different, they just changed the graphics and character names a bit.

That is what I thought at first, but I later found out that mana regeneration has been lowered by 60%, since the new, non-magic-moons block out Eweca.

From what I've heard so far, I think they're going to create Mabinogi 2 when Mabinogi (1) is on G16. Mabinogi 2 is going to be back to storyline mainstreams, instead of Shakespeare. Mabinogi (1) will continue to be updated, though what I want to know is if G16+ will go back to the main goddess/*** storyline, Shakespeare is beginning to feel stupid. I tried asking if G16+ would revert to original story, during the IRC chat, but they wouldn't answer my question ;-;

im a bit excited to see what mabi 2 will be like tho i hope i can keep playing mabi 1 to,i worked my *** off for everything i got just to lose it all. .-.

Don't worry, I reckon it won't be out for atleast another year.
Mabinogi NA has caught up with the asian servers, so we can't just copy them anymore, we're going at the same speed.
Mabinogi EU is almost up to NA, so all the servers will soon be at the same pace, meaning generations will be released slower, instead of like G9~14 (in NA) being released in a year.
