Delete everything that is in your mabinogi folder, re-download it. Usually mods are left behind in the mabi folder that make things stop working (happened to me big time). Thats the only advice i have left.
Hmm... You figured it out ehh? Guess its time to lock it. I added the skill.dll thats modded to see if anyone would notice. I hate chu now D:
