Usually when you use IDA and olly together, you use IDA to find the address to edit, and use olly to modify the dll
For using Olly to modify any executable or library, just double click on the code that you want to edit. After that, right click anywhere in the disassembly window and click Copy to executable. Then in the executable window, right click and click save
