[question] Dye Lite Help

Ok, so. I have an English version of Dye Lite and the interface.dds in the data/gfx/gui directory. I'm running Mabinogi Frontend, but not using the NogiNogi Party portion of it. I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit and I made sure to run as admin. Mabi is minimized and I followed all the instruction.

When I click pick color, then click to start Dye Lite and go back to mabi nothing happens. If I cancel to re-pick colors I get the "color not found sound".

I've try this with and without mods, but the same thing happens.

I copied my version of Dye Lite to my wife's computer which is running all the same stuff, but no mods it works fine. She gets the colors under each of the 5 selections and it tells her where to click.

Anyone have a clue as to what I may be doing wrong?

Reinstall the program on your PC and try again. it should work.

Turns out the interface wasn't working correctly. I got it fixed. Thanks for the help SUBbeatTM ^_^

It's in the Mabimods forum, at least, they have an updated version, or so I'm told.

Requirements:

-Windowed Mode. (Alt+Enter in- game.) I recommend cutting Mabinogi in- half vertically like- so:

-Sky Blue GUI.

-(If Vista) Ran as Administrator.

-You need to put the included interface.dds file inside your data folder at this location: data/gfx/gui.

Just in case:

-If during the automatic process your dyeing palette window closes and you can't shut off Dye Lite, quickly press Alt+Tab to get to Dye Lite and press Enter to turn it off.

How to Use:

-Press the, "?? ??" in the bottom right to activate Dye Lite.

-Exactly like the old way but just press the , "?? ??" if you chose your colors already, than go eat, play CoD, or have a life! But Mabinogi must stay up and you must NOT touch the mouse as it will slow down the process or may press something that might not want to be pressed.

IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO PICK COLORS AND SUCH LIKE ON THE OLD DYELITE USE THIS GUIDE:
