[Release] Elf-Lag Fix.

This'll fix the lag on elf range, basically; It fixes the animation to be that of AR, thus making you more accurate because you aren't lagging due to an animation glitch.

It's just a small edit in the .dll, I won't release the information on what I changed for personal reasons.

Maybe others what to play the game without the 99% range mod? Whats the fun when you dont have any challenge?

Or you can just copy the human animations paste in elf folder and rename them? lol

You know the animation when you shoot AR, how it points the bow back up right away, that's what this does to Range. Just an animation change, it may possibly even change the aim speed to that of humans, I've never tested the aim speed. Lemme know if you see a difference in that.

1. It's gamebreaking
2. It's noticeable
3. To avoid flaming
4. You can get banned for it

A good 70% of modders stick ONLY to using fantasia/MAMP/Tiara, nothing else. Not everyone wants to break the game. Stop acting like you're the ****, leecher.

Also, I know I haven't released stuff Publically. I have the brain to do more advanced things. I work with friends when I mod.

Pretty nice mod to play like the Elves in the other servers, which has no elf range lag.
