MNG Login issues
K Well my friends been trying to get MNG working for me When i do get MNG It Works Untill the loging screen or character screen I can't see my character then it says not responding and it gives me and error. I basicly its the old Hackshield. and Old Modded Clietn i have dbghelp.dll Hackslash.dll MNG.ini Mss32.dll Mss32.dln Nameinject.dll Any Ideas?

Yup. Common problem, I know the exact solution. Haven't read the thread, but have you even checked out the 'Common Mistakes/Errors with Mabipake'?

He has, ive actually been trying to help him with it for a while. We were running into a lot of problems but eventually got this far... Mutn, could you possibly let me know your comp specs, and inbox me your start up log so i can do a comparison of your guy's and mine. It will be easier to ensure the real problem if i can get two logs with similar errors, rather that one. If we get this fixed ill be sure to let you know, for your help in this.

Ugh... I can just tell you. But honestly, I don't think I want anymore inexperienced modders with pake... I'll give you a hint. As of now, MNG is failing. Many things aren't working, I don't even use it. What do you think? Crashing at character selection screen.... What mod causes this? Find out and do something about it. Really, it's not that hard lol.

I have both CP and Name Color on in mine and it works just fine, pake works unhindered for me as well. And hes getting all the same files and set ups as i am :| so any other ideas maybe?

is it because our computers are diffrent because i have a Sony Windows 7 i dont think it makes a diffrence but still MNG issues...

Well guys, Nush here? surprise? me too lol. My issues arn't with the LoginServer.exe and GameServer.exe...I can seem to ge tthose running...my issue is actually trying to login. I redownloaded the whole source, exe's ...ect the works. So I've got Team Viewer if anyone is willing to help me that way. but other wise the issue is basically a login freeze. so a hand please lol. I recieved my db from a friend. He set his server to start players with eps and also start tham at a level higher than lvl 1. I have my server running, and while testing I found that after you create a character, the client dc's before you enter the actual game. In looking around I have found that the problem is the starting eps. There is no checksum created for the eps. Therefore it wont allow players to log in.
How do I change it so players dont start with eps and also start at lvl 1????
