well at least it crashes for you :x for me it's just Alissa and Hotate being opened and nothing else happening except windows kicks in and tells me client.exe has stopped working

Of course. Watching a bunch of new people trying their hands at something is always fun.

Though I'm seeing a bunch of interesting stuff.

Hey there guys!
Rename your pakecore to something halirious like hellokitty.x
and rename your dinput8 to something like kittyhello.x
and then use your favourate tool to make kittyhello.x hook onto hellokitty.x instead of pakecore.dll
and make hellokitty.x call kittyhello.x functions instead of dinput8 functions

and watch something haaaalirious happens~

Untill the zombies attacks... No one like zombies =(

BTW if you havnt realize, this reply means nothing...

For someone who dont take my advice, you sure dont know how to use olly,
there are many types of jumps
JE - jump if equal
JZ - jump if zero
JNE - jump if not equal
JMP - JUMP
and many more.

Depend on which type of jump you doing, if it is JUST A JUMP
then just patch the code with:
jmp address

To do conditional jumps, you need to first:
test variable1 variable2
and then the line right after it,
je address

that means compare variable 1 and 2 and see if they are equal, jump to address

My only issue at the moment is finding the address. Figured its a simple edit of command in ollydbg on the top-left window. Finding that hackshield command is going to be a pain.

Alright you didnt insault my reply so i'll help you more @@
right click on the main disembler window and look for Search -> All refferenced Strings
then you will see every possible message that you can find that is readable,
look for anything related to hackshield's message you looking for, double click it
it will got the line, and then look left colume, it should give you the address in hex.

Wished they actually labeled that column as "reference string". Cause I literally was searching through it manually...

Thanks for that though.

EDIT: Now to pass that new error code. Time to play around.
