1. Pick up the quest "Proving Ground" This quest is given by Warmaster Laggrond in the Alterac Mountains at 62,59.
2. Enter AV by either running into the BG portal or using the BG system
3. The quest item itself is located at 50,93, deep inside the cave in Alterac Valley(BG)
4. Leave BG and you get teleported to where quest giver is, hand in the...
