Only one i know is speeder. Been udtc for some years. If you do stupid stuff like doing too much speed, ull get banned. But there is a threshold that they will tell you to use.

Yes i have used it on a throw away account. Speed wasnt over 25% and didnt have an issue. If you go over that you will get rubberbanded back or banned. It has botting features aswell. Which again will get you banned if you do it on a zone that players interact with you. ( is good for fishing while watching twitch for example)
