Got suspended 1st time

Got suspended for 7 days, 1st suspension ever, 4k hours in game bought over 7million gold through my playtime, most of the buys were from the same seller i used to know (via discord) payed crypto sounds either he went shady road and took gold or smth is diff to AGS policy

NO WAY! My main got suspended too for 7days + mule perma banned.
Here's what happened:
RMTd 700k past 2 weeks, Nov 17 was the last transaction.
I buy shard bags immediately, send it to 2nd mule, then the 2nd mule mails it to main. BUT BUT BUT I remember doing a stupid move of listing a t2 accessory with my main and used 1st mule to buy the accessory (about 192k)

I know,it was stupid of me to do, but I was kinda in a rush.

As of today, 2nd mule used for receiving and sending shards in still fine and no ban. The ban came from the sale of t2 access, so therefore shards method is best way to do it.

Never used t1-t2 always t3 relic or ancient had 1 seller all the time bought millions of gold and trapped, tried to appeal cuz im also lost ark shop enjoyer but I'm just getting autobot reply. Thankfully only 7 days and we move on

How much was your most recent transaction? I'm kinda curious about what was different this time. Do you do shards or keep gold?

Yeah, this is a suspension, after this it will be perma ban. Might have to say bye to RMTing

Last 2 transcations were 1mil and 400k afterwards same seller. Muled both for mats and some accesories skins etc. If they take gold i'll lose only 30k on avg what was left there.

Yeah, people going to darkside this days. Probably your handfarmed gold seller choose the dark side and it cost your account. That's just sad, i trying to keep my all customers safe but unfortunately not everyone same they just want to earn easy money and this things happens right.

I can’t afford to buy gold from the shop anymore. It’s so exspensive. I’m willing to rmt but I’m nervous of perma ban as I’ve invested so much In this game in terms of time and money. Is there any safe way to buy gold without getting ban? Seeking help

-You could buy handfarmed gold and use AH with relic or higher tier items for buy the gold.
-Don't buy huge amount at once.
-Use natural numbers on items
-Split the gold on more than one item if gold too much.

Note: Finding handfarmed gold on you, u could investigate seller and decide it yourself.
